If I've said it once...
I've said it a thousand times. I HATE water softeners. I'm at my moms, and she has one. It's horrible. When you're taking a shower it feels like you have conditioner all over your body. And the worst part about that is, you CANNOT scrub hard enough to get rid of that feeling. It just feels slimy, and I loathe taking showers here. That is all. Get back to work. |

Amen dude, amen. Water softeners are crap. Last year when we were here in Vegas my mom's water softener made the water like you describe - thankfully this year it was different. Huzzah!

You were born on Dec 6 in Livermore Calif. you should have plenty of time to take a shower since you only work 20 hours a week

I totally disagree. Hard Water makes my skin dry to the point of cracking at best, and makes it red and break out at worst. We don't have a water softener right now, and I think I'd get rid of my TV to have one.
