One of our cats died.

His name was Dexter. And surprisingly, I really liked him. He had a really funny little personality. He even played with the dogs.

I found him tonight in the street by our house. It didn't look like he got hit by a car or anything, so I don't know what happened. I'm really going to miss that little guy. He is survived by his brother Jettster.

No, this isn't a joke.

I am sorry to hear that. You know what's weird? My parent's family dog was run-down in the street on this same day. She didn't make it either. She was almost 15 and one of my parent's neighbords (there are only 4 that live beyond their house) must have hit her. They didn't even stop. My dad was really upset. He found her. She was still alive, but the vet couldn't do much for her. Sad day for pets. I can empathize with you. That dog was mine when I lived at home.

I had a cat like that we called Charlie, named after Charlie Chaplin because of the moustache. Sorry to hear that he's gone. Cute names.

Sorry to hear about your feline. I had a black & white female when I was growing up. Duffer loved to play and cuddle with our yellow lab. She was cool. We had to put her down when she was 20, she was just falling apart (literally).
