WEBCAM BACK ONLINE!
After being unsatisfied with my situation, I dug a little deeper into my router problem and figured out that my router had a conflict with the mac address of my modem, so I cloned the mac address to my router, and VIOLA, speeds upwards of 6000k again WITH the router hooked up! So I'm back on! Peep me!
