Comcast outage.
Apparently my area is in the midst of a high speed internet outage, since Sunday morning. I have a tech scheduled to come look at my house on Saturday. I called Monday. My appointment is Saturday. Thanks Comcast. Hopefully they will figure out their problem before then so I can be back online. Until then, I I'll only be able to check my mail and update my website when and if I'm at work. |

We had this same kind of problem at the Nicolet house, when we first got Comcast, and for the next two months or so it would just go out. Jackson would then get off the phone with Janelle and get on the phone with Comcast and speak fire upon their incompetence. They'd come 'fix' it a few days later.
The best part was some service guy lived a few houses down, so almost every time I was home there was a comcast van parked there on the street. Doing nothing. Nothing at all.

Yeah, Comcast earned my ire when we were at that house. They did their best to earn it here at my apartment, too. I wonder if they have notes on my account or anything. I'm not rude, but I am not appreciative of paying for a service that doesn't work.

Log on to your neighbors unsecured wireless DSL network. That's what I do when Comcast goes down...

Nice. Pirate a connection.
Anyway, sorry to see that since your Internet is down, there will be no more of the ungroomed Ricky show. At least for a while, I guess.
