I just thought of the easiest way in the world to steal a car...
Especially in these cold months. All you have to do is walk around your neighborhood at, say, 7am or so. Tons of people walk outside, turn their cars and heater on, then go back into the house and let the car warm up while they finish breakfast or whatever. It's fool proof. All you have to do is open the car door and drive off. You're welcome
